Septorhinoplasty surgery is performed in two stages. The first stage is septoplasty – the correction of a deviated/ bent & misplaced nasal septum. An incision is made inside the nose to enable the septum to be moved to a position that corrects the deformity and improves nasal breathing. The second phase is the Rhinoplasty. This corrects the tip, the nasal dorsum, lateral walls of the nose and all physical deformities.
